Joey recently got a new compass. Brandon needed one for a school project (astronomy) and Joey somehow talked Daddy into getting one for him as well. Yesterday was a nice day so we decided to go for a walk. A few blocks away from the house he pulled out his compass from his pocket and started turning slowly in a circles. I asked what he was trying to do and he told me he was trying to see which way he needed to start walking to get to Texas. Poor little guy sure misses it there. I tried to tell him it was just too far to walk and that there was this big ocean in the way but he just knows with his compass, he can make it.
